Use of material appearing on InquisitorOnline
In this document, "material" means material without limitation, i.e. text, video, graphics and sound material, published on InquisitorOnline.com, whether copyrighted by a third party or InquisitorOnline.
You must not download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner or for commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce any part of InquisitorOnline or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless InquisitorOnline has indicated that you may do so.
InquisitorOnline may be prepared to allow you to distribute or reproduce parts of InquisitorOnline or the material. If you wish to apply for permission to do so, please email editors@inquisitorOnline.com.

To the extent permitted at law, InquisitorOnline does not accept any responsibility for any statement in the material. InquisitorOnline will not be liable for any loss caused as a result of your doing, or not doing, anything as a result of viewing, reading or listening to the material or any part of it (except for death or personal injury attributable to InquisitorOnline's negligence/to the extent permitted at law).

Material submitted by third parties
Users of the site may submit material for publication on the site. InquisitorOnline accepts no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by InquisitorOnline. InquisitorOnline is not responsible for its content and accuracy.
If you want to submit material to InquisitorOnline for publication, you may do so on the following terms and conditions:

• publication of any material you submit to InquisitorOnline will be at its sole discretion. InquisitorOnline reserves the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication to refuse publication or if published, amend or delete any or all of what has been published.
• you grant InquisitorOnline a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish any material you submit to InquisitorOnline in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format
• you assure InquisitorOnline that any material you submit to InquisitorOnline is your own original work and that you own the copyright and any other relevant rights
• your submission must not be obscene, offensive, defamatory of any person or otherwise illegal
• you must not attempt to post material which is deliberately intended to upset other users
• you agree to indemnify InquisitorOnline in full and permanently against any third party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage InquisitorOnline incurs as a result of publishing material you submit to InquisitorOnline, including consequential losses.

Data protection
If you have indicated that you wish to receive email updates from InquisitorOnline, your personal details will be included in a database compiled for these purposes. If you subsequently change you mind, you should notify us at editors@inquisitorOnline.com. As soon after this as is reasonably practicable, InquisitorOnline will remove your name from the relevant database.

These terms may be varied from time to time. Details of variations will be posted here.

Service Interruption
InquisitorOnline accepts no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
